Bidders are required to submit relevant SOSIA licenses and permits (e.g., LTO, LESP, and DDO).
List of personnel to be assigned shall be submitted during contract implementation.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Bidders shall provide correct and accurate information required in this form.
2. Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected.
3. Subject to withholding tax.
4. Subject to 1% retention warranty if applicable (GPPB Resolution No. 30-2017, dated May 30, 2017).
