Tenders are invited for Provision of YEP Greenhouses Maintenance

Brief Project Description:
With this call for tender, Samaritan-s Purse intends to engage the services of a contractor to complete the project-s works.
Instructions:
• A meeting will be held by Samaritan-s Purse will be on, 24-Mar-24 at 10:00 AM.
• The meeting will be held in Ba-adre. Samaritan-s Purse staff will be present during the meeting to clarify the work and answer questions. See below for the meeting location.
• Attending the meeting will be mandatory for all interested companies. The bid documents will only be distributed to the companies who attend the meeting.
• Samaritans Purse engineers will perform an on-site inspection of plastic houses and offer direct explanations about them.
• Meeting and site visit location:
- Ba-adre, Duhok. Before the checkpoint.
- GPS (36.736098, 43.248656)
• Interested companies MUST also complete the site visit of the Greenhouses and complete understanding of the Scope of Work before sending the formal bid to Samaritan-s Purse.
• Instructions will be given at the meeting on where to submit bids as well as submission deadlines.
