- Building services works, including mechanical, electrical, fire, plumbing and drainage
- Systemwide E&M Works Including Trackside Auxiliaries, Power Supply System, Communication System, Radio System and Personal Mobile Communication System, Main Control System, Lifts & Escalators, Security Access Management System, Automatic Fare Collection System, Platform Screen Door, Trackwork and Overhead Line
