Description of the service: The object of the contract is the provision of the service of taking samples and analyzing different parameters to be able to control water for human consumption, ground water and irrigation water in compliance with different health regulations:• Royal Decree 3/2023, of January 10, which establishes the technical-sanitary criteria for the quality of drinking water, its control and supply, gives the municipalities the responsibility to guarantee that the water supplied in its territorial scope is suitable for consumption up to the point of use. Thus, tap water control analyzes are carried out in order to check whether the quality of the water distributed by the management company is maintained from the tap to to the final point.• On the other hand, groundwater control analyzes of the wells that the Catalan Water Agency (ACA) granted the City Council a concession to exploit for irrigation use are carried out. Every year, the results obtained are sent to the ACA i the control of some extra parameters is added to verify compliance with the Water Saving Ordinance (2007). Likewise, to carry out the preventive control of Legionella in municipal irrigation facilities, analyzes are carried out at different points of urban irrigation according to current regulations (Royal Decree 487/2022 and Royal Decree 614/2024).
