1)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the RA 7171 - CY-2021 SHARE and pursuant to Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 05-2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five Pesos and 01/100 Only (Php 998, 645.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF IMPOUNDING WATER TANK FOR RICE FIELDS - Zanjera Sinigpit & Baraoabao, Purok III, Adams, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
