Provision of waste management services in the village of Proboštov The subject of the public contract is the provision of waste management services for the municipality of Proboštov in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended and its implementing regulations (hereinafter also "law"). These are the following waste management services of the municipality of Proboštov: a) rental of vessels and containers, and delivery of waste collection needs (bags), including their delivery on specified dates to specified addresses or locations the customer, b) ensuring the collection, collection, transport and handling of waste, as well as the use or removal (hereinafter also "disposal") of mixed municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as "SKO"), biodegradable waste (hereinafter referred to as bio-waste), wood, bulky waste, sorted municipal waste (paper, plastic, glass, composite packaging, metals, textiles), hazardous waste, construction waste (hereinafter also "waste") collected in vessels or containers, as well as sorted waste stored next to containers for separate collection, so-called "appendices", c) the subject of the performance is also the disinfection of containers and containers for collection from the doorstep and from recycling nests at least once a year, repair and replacement of containers if they are no longer usable from a technical or safety point of view (including theft), and the delivery of stamps for marking vessels and containers. d) maintaining all mandatory records and reporting agendas related to waste management, which result from the law or the customer's contracts with the authorized packaging company, e) others...
