Ubico is conducting a preliminary market engagement exercise to inform a forthcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of vending services. The aim is to engage with potential suppliers to better understand the market's capacity, capability, and interest in delivering these services across multiple depot sites. Scope of Services The potential contract will cover the supply, installation, and ongoing management of the following equipment: Hot Drink Vending Machines (free vend, touch-free, telemetry-enabled) Snack Vending Machines (cash and contactless payment, healthy/snack options) Water Dispensers and Boilers (mains-fed, bottled, WRAS approved) The service will include replenishment, hygiene maintenance, fault response, preventive servicing, and sustainability reporting. Contract Term The intended contract duration is three years, comprising an initial term of two years with the option to extend for one additional year. Key Service Requirements Daily remote monitoring via telemetry Adherence to depot PPE and H&S standards Scheduled maintenance and hygiene servicing Comprehensive monthly reporting (vend volumes, faults, service logs) Environmental considerations: energy-efficient equipment, sustainable logistics Supplier Participation Interested suppliers are invited to express their interest and may be asked to complete a short questionnaire.
