2. Drivers must have professional driving license and familiarity with the road networks within CAR and must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

3. All travel expenses for fuel, toll, parking and other fees must be shouldered by the service provider.

4. Service provider must have a valid LTFRB franchise until end of activity.

5. Service provider must have a valid motor car insurance.

6. Service provider must have a valid insurance for the passenger.

1. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of poor performance, or in the event that the need for such service becomes unnecessary.
