The Department of Education (DepEd) DIVISION OF LEYTE, through Government of the Philippines (GOP) under FY 2026- General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 770, 950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Equipment &Training Supplies and Materials for DRRM Activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
