Tender Details

Provision of Van Rental for the Conduct of the National Disaster Resilience Month Summit 2019

Requirements:

- Pick up/Drop off: 29 July to 01 August 2019 from OCD to any point of Metro Manila and vice versa

- Inclusive of Tax, Fuel, Driver and Driver-s Meal

- Ten hours service per day

- Year 2013 model or above

- Must accept send bill arrangement

*4 vans on 31 July

*4 vans on 01 August

Scope of Service:

-c Maximum of 12 passengers per van

-c The vehicle shall be safe operating conditions at all times.

-c The contractor shall bear full responsibility for the preventive and remedial maintenance of the vehicles.

-c The contractor shall keep the exterior, windows and interior of the vehicles.

-c A neat as -œnew- internal decoration (upholstery, ceiling fabric, floor finishes) and external decoration exist operational at all times.

-c The vehicles shall, as minimum, be equipped with spare tire, the necessary accessories (spanner, jack, etc.), Emergency /Accidental triangle, seatbelts for passengers and driver, and safety gadget for fire.
