Grant of usage rights to Microsort's software products The subject of the contract is the supplier's obligation to provide the customer with licenses for software products within the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions - CASA EES license program (hereinafter referred to as "EES") including other services. Required products: Microsoft 365 EDU A3, which includes at least: •Windows A3 • Office 365 A3 Enterprise Mobility + Security A3 (EMS A3) •Minecraft Education Edition • EES benefits The purpose of public procurement is coverage licensing needs on the computers of contributory organizations established by the Zlín Region in the field of education. The contracting authority Zlínský kraj conducts the procurement procedure in the position of the central contracting authority pursuant to § 9 paragraph 1 letter b) ZVZZ on its own account and the account of the trustees contractors whose list is included in the procurement documentation. The selected supplier will conclude a standard contract with the central contracting authority and will also conclude a contract with each commissioning contracting authority to ensure the implementation of the public contract for supplies.
