Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the rental of trucks with a driver. The service will consist in transporting materials related to renovation, modernization and investment works from the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the city of Lipno and to place indicated by the Ordering Party.2. The Ordering Party's demand for rented trucks depends on the needs of the construction sites and may not be continuous (everyday).3. Contractor, to perform the subject of the order referred to in point. 1. obliged will be available for trucks with drivers indicated in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order.4. The Contractor is obliged to keep the vehicles necessary to perform the service in full readiness.5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to: to carry out the subject of the order, provide appropriate trucks with drivers with appropriate qualifications.6. The Contractor will be fully responsible for meeting the safety requirements resulting from the operation of the car.7.
