The vendor must also be able to accept payment in local currency (MOP).The Travel Management Services should include (but are not limited to):• Air travel reservation and ticketing• Ferry ticketing within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA)• Train/High-speed rail ticketing• Hotel reservations• Visa arrangements• Travel Insurance• Car rental arrangements (local, regional and international)• Restaurant reservationsThis Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the possibility of a extension, depending on UNU Macau's needs and satisfactory performance of the vendor.The detailed scope of requirements will be provided within the Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be sent out to all vendors responding to this EOI.
