1. The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the provision of Travel Management Services (TMS), which includes Official Travel as well as the rotation of the Military Contingent. The resulting contract shall be for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for two one-year periods, the Contract is anticipated to commence during the third quarter of 2023. 2. As part of the TMS, the Contractor in line with UN travel policy shall provide all related travel services including reservations and ticketing services for UNFICYP-s official travel requirements, of approximately 1000 travels per annum. In addition, the Contractor shall provide all related travel services for the biannual rotation of Military Contingent of approximately 380 persons per annum, from Vienna, Austria to Larnaca, Cyprus and return, including airport assistance. Generally, the rotations take place in March and September each year. 3.
