In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Brief Scope of Work1. IntroductionThe Victims and Witnesses Section (VWS) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is responsible for managing, among others the administration and coordination of persons required to interact with or testify before the Court. This activity includes ensuring travel arrangements necessary to facilitate the trial appearance of such persons.. 2. PurposeThe purpose of this RFP (Request for Proposal) is to contract an insurance company to provide a comprehensive travel insurance service to persons traveling for the purpose and account of their testimony before the international criminal court and/or for any other relevant reasons. 3. Target persons Persons who travel to The Hague in the Netherlands for the purpose of appearing before the Court during court hearings at the International Criminal Court and their accompanying persons, or for other related purposes. Persons who travel for appearing before the Court during court hearing at other locations as determined by the court, or for other related purposes at other locations determined by the Court/VWS.
