PROVISION OF TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES OF RADIO BIAŁYSTOK S.A. PROGRAM IN LIQUIDATION 1. The subject of the order is the provision of 24-hour transmission and dissemination services of the Ordering Party's radio programs in the locations and under the conditions specified in SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Main subject of the contract according to the Common Public Procurement Dictionary: 64228200-2 Radio signal transmission services. 4. The Ordering Party does not intend to conclude a contract framework. 5. The Ordering Party does not envisage an electronic auction. 6. The Ordering Party allows for the provision of distribution services from equivalent facilities. An equivalent facility should be understood as a transmitting facility with technical parameters other than those indicated by the Ordering Party, in terms of: longitude, latitude, terrain elevation, antenna suspension height and the characteristics of the antenna system resulting from the above. parameters whose surface coverage will include at least 100% surface coverage area resulting from the technical parameters of broadcasting facilities located in the locations specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (comparable range). At the same time, dissemination from an equivalent object has take into account the necessary attenuation of the transmitting antenna characteristics.
