1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Four Hundred Thousand Only (Php. 624, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Training Materials for Various Specialized Training Programs (Disaster Preparedness and Response for RHUs, Eduroam Accessibility Course, GIS Training for PGT and Community Forensics, - Case Management Approach) / B-G-2025-035-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
