Provision of a tool for extracting and using digital information contained in mobile phones, training, assistance and maintenance The expected services are explained in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P). The award procedure is the adapted open procedure, in accordance with articles L. 2123-1 1°, R. 2113-1 to R. 2113-3 inclusive, R. 2112-1 to R.2112-3 inclusive and R. 2123-1 1°, R. 2123-4, R. 2123-5, R. 2131-12 2° of the Code of public procurement (CCP). This is a composite framework agreement comprising one part at unit prices and another at fixed prices (see article 1.2.3 "Forms and characteristics of the framework agreement" of the Consultation Regulations (R.C))
