In order to meet the needs for the movement of its agents, to better understand the use of its park, to strengthen the pooling of resources and to face budgetary constraints, the SDIS 62 has decided to acquire a telematics and self -sharing solution. In application of the article L.2125-1 of the public procurement code, the consultation will give rise to a framework agreement, without minimum amount and with maximum amount. This is a service framework agreement, an attributor, without rendering in competition, which will be executed as and when needs by issuing vouchers Order under the conditions defined in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
