The subject of the order is the provision of telecommunications services in the field of: Internet connections, MPLS services, Ethernet and analog connection services and voice services; for a period of 36 months. The subject of the order is divided into parts:
1) Part I - Internet Connection Services - subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of telecommunications services described in detail in the OPZ (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement), constituting electronic communication services consisting in the provision of Internet access services on symmetrical lines with a guaranteed bandwidth, with minimum speed for the Location, as well as Service and Maintenance Services.
2) Part II - MPLS services - the subject of the order is the provision telecommunications services consisting in the provision of access services to the IP VPN / MPLS Service, as well as service and maintenance services. Benefit The Services will be preceded by an implementation and technical period. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Agreement is set out in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement "Description of the Subject Matter of the Order".
3) Part III - Ethernet and analogue connection services - the subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party:
a) telecommunications services described in detail in the OPZ (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement) consisting in the lease of analog and Ethernet lines for the Locations indicated in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement "List of Routes and Ethernet";
b) Services specified in the SLA (Appendix No. 9 to the Agreement). service...
