The subject of the public procurement is "Provision of a telecommunications service for the needs of "Toplofikatsia Sofia" EAD, including specialized supplies, services and communication connectivity related to this activity". 1. The contractor should provide a service a virtual telephone exchange using infrastructure owned by the contractor, with the following minimum functionalities and requirements: 1.1. Provision of geographic or mobile numbers; 1.2. Provide the name of the executing extension the call; 1.3. Providing the internal number making the call; 1.4. Provision of the physical number when calling outside the group; 1.5. Show/hide the number of the selected subscriber; 1.6. Select between internal subscribers with abbreviated numbers; 1.7. Instant forwarding; 1.8. Redirection on non-response; 1.9. Forwarding when subscriber is busy; 1.10. Call recording; 1.11. Assisted transfer; 1.12. Call Waiting; 1.13. Presentation of outgoing number (in case of incoming call); 1.14. Calling Line Identification Restriction (CLIR) Prohibition of presentation of an outgoing number (when making an outgoing call); 1.15. Conference call; 1.16. IVR IVR setup menu (logic for received DTMF commands): - Play a recorded voice message (announcement); - Targeting a group of numbers; - Forwarding to next number; - Different weekday/holiday logic. 2.
