1. The subject of the contract is: "Provision of technical support services for HSM (2 parts) hardware cryptographic modules." The subject of the contract was described in detail in chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract. The contracting authority allows partial offers broken down into 2 parts, i.e.: PART 1 - provision of technical support services for ten hardware HSM LUNA cryptographic modules for a period of 36 months,

Part 2 - Provision of technical support services for four hardware Cryptographic Modules HSM UTIMACO to 30.11.2028

2. Order performance date:

2.1.WPart 1 - Provision of technical support services for ten hardware HSM Luna cryptographic modules for a period of 36 months:

1) Providing: Device of the device manufacturer confirming the technical support of the devices for the period indicated in chapter II SWZ - descriptionthe subject of the order in point IV point 2 and all necessary and complete access data enabling the Employer to benefit from technical support, containing at least a login and password for the Employer and password to the technical support site or e-mail address toThe submission of applications and the phone number for submitting applications will take place within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of the contract;

2) the technical support period for the devices has been set for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance report.
