The subject of this public contract is the provision of technical supervision over the implementation of the Modification of the sorting line in Chrášťany (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"), including all related activities necessary for the proper implementation of the Project. The selected participant will be within performance of this public contract to perform services in accordance with valid and effective legal regulations, decrees, technical standards and recommendations of professional chambers. The subject of the performance of the public order, i.e. the performance of technical supervision during the implementation of the Project, is closer specified in Annex No. 1 of the binding proposal for a contract for the provision of technical supervision, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
