"Provision of a system to protect internal networks from leakage of critical information (DLP) for the needs of the National Insurance Institute (NII)" The performance requirements are detailed in the CONTRACTOR's Technical Specification - Annex no 1.​​​​​​ The performance requirements are described in detail in the CONTRACTING PARTY's Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1.​​​​ *** Implementation deadlines: - Time limit for providing the decision - up to 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the notification that it is provided financing sent by the Employer and presentation by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee, under the terms of the draft contract. - Duration of the provided support - 36 (thirty-six) months from the provision of the solution. *** The participant follows to be a person duly authorized by the manufacturer or his official representative to grant the right of distribution/delivery of the offered software products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. *** The staged authorization requirement submission of offers is justified by the subject of the order and represents a guarantee for its timely and high-quality implementation. In the event that he is elected contractor who is denied authorization by the manufacturer, this may result in delay on the execution of the public procurement, as well as until its termination.
