Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of surveying services for the needs related to the ongoing implementation of tasks related to the management of real estate in the Cikowice Commune. 2. Scope of the order: BASIC SCOPE: 1) PREPARATION OF MAP FOR DESTINATIONS DESIGN/POST-CONSTRUCTED. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of preparing post-construction maps of investments carried out in the Cikowice Commune and maps for design purposes for the implementation of construction projects or reporting to the District Office in Tarnów 4 maps, 2) PREPARATION OF MAPS WITH THE PROJECT OF DIVISION OF REAL ESTATE ((from the Act on Real Estate Management, Agricultural) - 180 (plots), division with separation from 1 (one) plot to 4 (four) plots, including, in particular: a. obtaining information from the appropriate registers at the Starosty Office) as attachments to the application for issuing a decision, b. obtaining a copy of the basic map from the Starosty Office as a basis for the preliminary division project, c. preparing a report on the division of real estate, d. preparing applications for opinions on division designs together with obtaining signatures by the Parties to the proceedings, e. preparation of applications for issuing decisions approving the division along with obtaining signatures by the Parties...
