The subject of the order is: 1) provision of support services for the Ordering Party and users in the operation of the Prolib Enterprise Comprehensive Library Management System - provision of ordinary services related to the support of the Ordering Party in the operation of the used Comprehensive Library Management System Prolib Enterprise with Progress OpenEdge 12.8 (64 bit) software, hereinafter referred to as the System, with support for System users and the development of the System in its standard form; users from operating the System, with consultations on the implementation of new versions of the System, with the implementation of dedicated new functionalities which, in the joint opinion of the Ordering Party and the Contractor, will not violate the coherence of the System and library and IT standards, as well as with other works IT;
