Scope of Work
The scope of work for this service includes: - Provision onsite and remote SAP consultants based on Work order with 3-year service of support and enhancement of the SAP Application. - Provide SAP enhancement, integration and optimization development and configuration service based on business user departments- confirmed demands during the contract period. - SAP consultants shall cover all the required functions for PetroChina SAP system including FICO, MM, SRM, PS, HR, PM and technical support on ABAP, and BASIS - Professional service management based on ITIL Best Practices and tools (Solution Manager) for the SAP system support service. - Provide daily operation support for business and users of all departments and SAP administration team of IT during the contract period. - Workshop and case/Feasibility study on the SAP solution of the Business Intelligence (BI), SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and SAP S/4 Hana business suite and so on.
