INTRODUCTION The Danish Emergency Management Agency's Center for Emergency Communications (CFB) is preparing a tender for a contract for the 112 solution. The contract will include operation, maintenance, support and further development of the existing 112 application. The existing one 112 solution is described in the attached background note Appendix A Against this background, CFB conducts a market dialogue with potential Bidders in two phases. I in the first phase, the CFB requests tenderers to answer the questions that appear in Annex B. In the second phase, CFB will invite up to five Bidders to a follow-up meeting with a view to elaboration of the information. In the first instance, we therefore ask that Tenderers answer the questions in the questionnaire and upload it in the tendering system ETHICS. SCHEDULE FOR THE MARKET DIALOGUE The market dialogue has been published in the EU Official Journal in an advance notice sent on 15 December 2025. We will receive answers to the questions no later than 12 January 2026 at 12:00, after which will select Bidders for follow-up meetings that we expect to hold on 27 and 28 January 2026. We expect that the meetings will have a duration of 1½-2 hours. If the Bidder is invited to a market dialogue, the Bidder will be notified of this no later than 21 January 2026. The agenda for the meetings sent out together with the invitation, and the agenda will be based on an elaboration of the questions that the Tenderer has answered.
