Description : 1.The Municipality of Pateros, through the MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND of the Municipality of Pateros intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS AND 0/100 (Php 2, 000, 000.00). Being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROVISION FOR THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF 21.75 KwP SOLAR POWER GENERATING SYSTEM FOR THE MUNICIPAL HALL BUILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipality of Pateros now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The completion of the project is required to ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) CALENDAR DAYS and upon receipt of NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
