Description : 1) The National Historical Commission of the Philippines, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱4, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation Air-conditioning Units for the NHCP Museums on Various Sites. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Historical Commission of the Philippines now invites bids for provision Supply, Delivery, Installation Air-conditioning Units for the NHCP Museums on Various Sites. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
