AL-WAHA Petroleum Company Limited would like to announce the bidding above named for the 1st Time, all the specialist companies who have the ability and experience and want to participate in this tender, to contact with (Al-Waha Petroleum Company \ C&P Dept.) starting from this announcement date, to get the bidding documents and conditions and pay the tender fee (100$) after fill and sign the Bidding Documents Purchase Request.
All applicants must comply with the following conditions when submitting their tenders:
1. Submit copy of all registration documents belonging for the Company and Color copy of the Valid ID (Chamber of Commerce ID or Ministry of Planning ID), and the winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project.
2. Submit Non-Prevention from GCT valid of 2019.
3. International companies should submit the copy of all registration documents belonging for the Company from their country.
Note: If bidder didn-t provide the above-mentioned documents or submitted invalid documents, Al-Waha shall have the right to excluded or clarify based on the management approval.
4. Copy of previous similar contracts & experience approved by the end user.
5. All bidders must provide initial insurance (Bid Bond) with value (3, 000.00 $) USD only, provided in the form Bank guarantee or certified check, entitled to (Al-Waha Petroleum Company Limited) and includes the reference to the name and number of the tender, and be effective for at least (one year) from the date of closing the tender, the bid bond should be in the name of the bidder or (i.e. shareholders in the company or companies participating under a partnership contract), the period of validity of the tender (90) ninety days from the closing date of the tender.
6. The tender must be submitted by the authorized company manager or by a shareholder or their authorized person who have the legal authorization letter issued by the notary public.
7. If more than one bidder participates in the submission of a single tender for the execution of the contract (joint venture), their responsibilities would be (Solidarity and Symbiotic) and they should provide the legal Approved copy of the joint venture with their offer.
8. The bidders shall submit the Proposals in English language to AL -WAHA Kut camp before the deadline of tender. Bidder`s Proposals shall consist of:
A. Technical proposal (with one digital disc for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
B. Commercial proposal (with one digital disc for the commercial offer that can be read and compile).
C. and 3, 000.00 USD bid bond.
The above requirements should be in three different stamped and sealed envelopes then put inside one big stamped and sealed envelope and mention contract No. and name and company contact info. On it, and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents and the project name and tender number should be clearly on the envelop.
9. The tender delivery date shall be on 16-09-2020 from 8:30 to 11:30 am Baghdad time in Ahdeb Oil Field Site \ Main gate, Al-Waha Base Camp, and after this date no offer will be accepted, and the opening of tenders shall be conducted at 12:00 pm in the same day, if the closing day coincided with an official holiday, the next official working day would be a date for closure and opening, Al-Waha Company would not be obliged to accept the lowest offer.
10. In the event of any necessary enquiry or clarification regarding the technical details of the project, please inform the C&P Dept. before the date of 14-09-2020 by Email or hand it over directly to C&P dept. for the purpose of answering as soon as possible before the bidding date.
11. The winner company of the tender should pay the announcement fee.
Note: All bidders have to provide a CD containing the company`s information that it will in separate envelop delivered to MDOC employee, without this CD the company is not entitled to submit their proposal.
