1. Delivery of feed to the warehouse of the Czerwony Dwr Forest District: I. by April 17, 2026 in the amount of: a) 10 t corn silage - it should have a shape, color and smell typical of a given species and be free from damage caused by pests and diseases, b) fodder oats 5 t - without mechanical impurities, without pests and grains that become infected, c) Salt licks 10 pcs. Multi-Lisal Se licks, cubes weighing 10 kg.II. from September 1, 2026 to September 15, 2026 in the amount of: a) silage from corn 30 t - should have a shape, color and smell typical of a given species and be free from damage caused by pests and diseases. b) fodder oats 15 t - without mechanical impurities, pests and fertile grains. c) Salt licks 30 pcs. Multi-Lisal Se type licks, cubes weighing 10 kg.2. Deliveries will be confirmed by a document of quantitative acceptance of goods signed by representatives of both parties to the order (according to the template of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ).
