1. United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD) seeks an Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified companies with required expertise and experience to provide structured cabling installation and maintenance services at the UNHQ and Annex Buildings in New York City.2. The solicitation process will lead to the establishment of a contract for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) optional extensions of one (1) year each (3+1+1). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 3. A summary of the expected services/conditions is as follows:a)Providing all required hardware and build-out of telecommunications spaces and outlet termination facilities for moves, adds, and changes.b)Provision and placement, termination, labelling and testing of all low voltage cable media.c)Providing all on-site tools and equipment for the installation and testing of optical fibre cabling and associated components.d)Providing telecommunications connectivity for all miscellaneous services (elevator telephones, coaxial cabling, security cameras, security equipment, and the like).e)Providing blue line and electronic media as-built documentation of cable plant facilities.f)Providing backbone connectivity.
