The subject of the public procurement in the scope and in accordance with the terms of reference is the collection of statistical data within the framework of the international project of purchasing power parities PPP (Purchasing Power Parities PPP) in the field of construction. As part of this project, a standardized building model is evaluated projects. The evaluation tool for comparing price levels in the construction industry between individual European countries should be the best possible approximation of the current real market in the construction industry and should indicate the average price level of construction projects throughout the country.
