LIBERTY, HILONGOS LEYTE, through the SUPPLIMENTAL, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY PHP 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BLGU-SKLIBERTY-HL-G-2026-06-02 PROVISION OF SPORTS SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
