"Provision of specialized transport services for people with disabilities from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2029." - Part 1 transport with specialized vehicles "Providing specialized transport services for people with disabilities from September 1 2026 to August 31, 2029" - Part 2 transport by passenger vehicles The subject of the order is the provision of specialized transport services for people with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the "service"). The service will be implemented in accordance with the "Warsaw action program for people with disabilities until 2027” (Resolution No. LXVII/2213/2022 of the Council of the Capital City of Warsaw of July 7, 2022) and with the “Strategy for solving social problems 2030” (Resolution LV/1735/2021 of the Council of the Capital City of Warsaw of October 14, 2021). Service will be provided in accordance with the following conditions; 2) services will be provided in accordance with: a) Regulations for persons who use the service of transporting people with disabilities in specialized cars (hereinafter: "Regulations for specialized transport") the content of which constitutes Annex No. 1a to the SWZ (to Part 1 of the order), b) Regulations for persons who use the service of transporting persons with disabilities in passenger cars (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations for passenger transport"), the content of which is attached as Annex No. 1b to SWZ (to Part 2 of the order); 3) persons authorized to use the service (hereinafter: "Users") are adult residents of Warsaw who have a certificate with a significant or moderate degree of...
