Provision of special accommodation The assignment concerns the cleaning of apartments in special housing, the cleaning must take place within 48 hours of ordering. Background: In order to get a better resource utilization of the apartments that are in special housing in Umeå municipality (central town including Holmsund/Obbola, Hörnefors, as well as Sävar) the senior care management has decided to give relatives the opportunity for free cleaning. A prerequisite for receiving free cleaning is that the apartment is vacated within five days after that that the resident has died. This will be an offer that close relatives have to decide whether they want to take advantage of or not. By reducing the notice period, new tenants can be offered to move into the property more quickly.
