Provision of a solution for managing compliance with Personal Data Protection and AI ACT The purpose of the consultation is to provide a solution, with probative value, for managing compliance with regulations. relating to the protection of personal data and the IA Act (mandatory) and to registers for the declaration of gifts, conflicts of interest and sponsorship (Sapin II law) ((optional). The consultation also includes maintenance (regulatory, corrective, evolving) of the solution, training services for the solution as well as all associated services. In the offer phase, candidates must propose a basic offer based on an on-premise solution, in accordance with Aéroports de Paris specifications. They will also be authorized to submit one or more offers in variants based on a SaaS mode solution, as long as these make it possible to improve qualitative performance and/or economic aspect of the framework agreement.
