1)The Cebu Port Authority, through the CPA Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Two Eighty Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Five and 73/100 (PhP 9, 280, 725.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Provision of Solar Power System (130 KW - Grid Tie System) at CPA Main Administration Building, Cebu Baseport” with Project Identification Number 2026-12-GO (CO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 150 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed of this project. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
