Tender Details

The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of software for protection, visibility and auditing of users, servers and configurations for the needs of the National Health Insurance Fund, described in detail by type, quantity and technical characteristics in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - AppendixNo. 1.

The requirements for the execution of the order are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1.

The assurance period of the licenses for the software is until 28.06.2024

The term of validity of the licenses is a minimum of 36 months, counted fromof securing the licenses.

In case it is not a manufacturer, the participant should be duly authorized by the manufacturer of the software or by its official representative with rights to carry out distribution and provide support for the offered withsoftware products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The participant proves his compliance with the set requirement by applying an authorization letter or other equivalent document issued by the manufacturer or by his official representative in Bulgarian or accompanied by a Bulgarian translationki language in its Technical Proposal.
