Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The Contractor shall design and develop a Virtual Reality (VR) Scenario-based Simulation replicating various situations where law enforcement officials may need to conduct car searches (the Product). The Product will contribute to increase the knowledge and capacity of Law Enforcement services of the EUROMED Police partner countries in the detection of illicit smuggled goods.
