1. GoodsSupply products (licenses), as specified in this ToR, and they will be activated on the laptops.2. Services.Deployment of Microsoft Intune management platform (Tenant) and guidance to Ministry and laptop suppliers on the correct configuration of Autopilot for a seamless enrolment process of laptops onto the Management platformProvision of the necessary training for ICT staff/ technicians of MOPSE / UNICEF (up to 20 people) on Device Management with Microsoft Intune with their respective tools.A package of 30 hours of technical support for ICT staff/ technicians of MOPSE or UNICEF over a period of 6 months after deployment for issues that might occur during the initial phases of usage of the system and 20 hours of support for the development of usage reports and creation of a dashboard for visualisation of data as per Ministry or UNICEF requests during the first 12 months after deployment.
