Provision of a mobile payment solution (SoftPOS), support and additional services The MailParcel Services Branch (BSCC) and the Consumer and Digital Branch (BGPN) of La Poste wish to acquire an application solution in SaaS allowing face-to-face mobile payment by Bank Card (SoftPOS). The sole purpose of this consultation is to provide a solution for accepting payments by SoftPOS bank card. The electronic payment acquisition function is not not within the scope of this consultation. The service must enable: The provision of an acceptance solution (SoftPOS) The integration of this solution into the La Poste environment Technical and functional support Training of administrators and users of La Poste. The volumes cover two branches: - BGPN (Smartéo - customer service representatives in post offices): between 13, 250 and 24, 000 active smartphones. - BSCC (Factéo - mobility factors): between 200 and 20, 000 smartphones assets. All branches combined, the solution is intended to cover a total fleet of between 15, 000 and 44, 000 active smartphones. The number of monthly transactions processed by the solution, all branches combined, is estimated between 100 000 and 1, 200, 000 transactions per month.
