Provision of Soft Facilities Management Services
Description : The Trust is seeking to obtain expressions of interest from the market to undertake the full end to end delivery of the Soft Facilities Management Services across the Estate. Services are likely to include;
• Cleaning (including window cleaning and peripheral services, e.g., emergency response as required and deep cleaning);
• Catering - Patient feeding (mainly cook-freeze);
• Catering - Retail;
• Porter services (mobile and site based);
• Linen and laundry;
• Domestic services including housekeeping;
• Reception services;
• Central services (Telephony; Switchboard; Help desk)
• Post room services;
• Courier services;
• Pest control;
• Security (site and mobile patrol) issuing of access cards;
• Waste management (clinical waste, black bag waste, recycling, pharmaceutical waste and feminine hygiene);
• Curtain/ blinds cleaning;
• Car parking services;
• Receipt and Distribution;
• Grounds and Gardens.
Services are likely to extend across the smaller Mental Health satellite sites in SE London, Queen Mary's in Sidcup, some services at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich.
