Tender Details

The purpose of the procurer is to find providers of social transport services in the territory of Saaremaa municipality, who provide social transport services under the conditions specified in the tender's basic documents and its appendices.

The service is provided to a person who has special physical or mental needsan obstacle to the use of a private or public vehicle and who has been directed to the social transport service by the social department of the municipality, in order to enable them to use a means of transport that meets their needs to travel to a medical institution, work or educational institution, use public services or other things necessary for everyday lifeto carry out similar operations.

The procurer reserves the right to increase or decrease the circle of service persons by informing the transporters in writing.

Provision of social transport service with M1 category vehicles

Sotprovision of social transport service with vehicles of category M1 (at least 8 vehicles) that meet the requirements set out in points 3.1.2, 3.1.4 and 8 of Document 2 "Technical description".

One vehicle must be located / provide service in the Luemanda or Kihelkonna area.

Providing social transport service for the disabledmixed with vehicles

Provision of social transport service with M1 category vehicles (at least 3 vehicles) that meet the requirements established in Document 2 "Technical description" in clauses 3.2.2, 3.2.4, 8 and 9.

The vehicle must have at least one place for a wheelchair and at least 4 seats for ordinary passengers .
