Framework agreement for purchase orders and subsequent contracts In accordance with regulations, the Drôme department and the members of the group are putting their electronic communications services covering the following areas into competition again: ? Site interconnection services. ? Internet connection services. ? Additional associated services. The main objectives of this framework agreement are as follows: ? Have a coherent and reliable global architecture in order to guarantee optimal and sustainable operation of services. ? Ensure continuity of service, minimizing interruptions for users through rigorous control of the migration and deployment preparation phases. ? Implement effective procedures as well as appropriate human and technical resources, in order to quickly diagnose and resolve breakdowns and thus significantly reduce their impact on the operation of the department
