Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROVISION OF SIPHONING SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1) The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, through the Government Appropriation Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos Only (P 2, 165, 625.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Siphoning Services under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital now invites bids for Provision of Siphoning Services using the Framework Agreement. Commencement of Services is required within Three (3) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
