Tender Details

The subject of the project is the provision of a SIEM tool for the collection and advanced analysis of security events in the ICT environment of the MHMP, the Municipal Police of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "MPP") and 20 city districts (hereinafter referred to as "MČ"). The goal is to ensure the recovery of the HW environment and licenses of the SIEM tool for MHMP and MPP, including extensions for selected municipalities, i.e. creation of separate SIEM tenants for selected municipalities. MHMP today operates 5 important information systems classified according to Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security as amended, respectively Act 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security (after 1 November 2025). In this context, legal requirements are placed on the operation and security of these systems. Today, the SIEM system and extension services form a key tool for evaluating security events both in technological infrastructure and at the level of end-user security. The subject of fulfillment is therefore: a) ensuring the renewal of licenses for SIEM technologies (QRadar, SOAR, Guardium) in the current scope for MHMP and MPP, b) provision of HW collector and SIEM licenses QRadar for 20 MČ, in the range of: o14 pcs of 1, 500 eps, o6 pcs of 2500 eps, c) restoration of operational HW for complete SIEM technology, d) migration of existing technology to new HW, e) installation and implementation of technology at MČ (20 locations). VZ provides support manufacturer / license incl. newly delivered for MČ for 4 years.
