Tender Details

The subject of the project is the provision of a SIEM tool for the collection and advanced analysis of security events in the ICT environment of the MHMP, the Municipal Police of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "MPP") and 21 municipal districts (hereinafter referred to as "MČ").

The goal is to ensure the renewal of the HW environment and SIEM tool licenses for MHMP and MPP, including extensions for selected MČ, i.e. creation of separate separate SIEM tenants for selected MČ.

Act 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security (after 1 November 2025). In this context, legal requirements are placed on the operation and security of these systems. The SIEM system and extension services are today a key tool for evaluating security events both in the technological infrastructure and at the level of end-user security.

The subject of fulfillment is therefore:

a) security license renewals for SIEM technologies (QRadar, SOAR, Guardium) in the current scope for MHMP and MPP,

b) provision of HW collector and SIEM QRadar licenses for 21 municipalities, to the extent of:

o14 pcs of 1, 500 eps,

o7 pcs of 2500 eps,

c) restoration of operational HW for complete SIEM technology,

d) migration of existing technology to new HW,

newly supplied for MČ for 4 years.
