Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for sending short text messages (SMS) for 24 months (3 parts). 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 3. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 139 The Public Procurement Law provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions participation in the proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party is the personal data controller within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR". 5. The contractor submits an offer via the eProcurement Platform of the Public Procurement Office - https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/pl/ 6. The Ordering Party reserves that in accordance with Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance the contract are not awarded to it. 7. The offer is submitted, under pain of nullity, in electronic form, according to the requirements strictly specified in the SWZ. 8.
